Your Path to Mental Wellbeing

Are you seeking a comprehensive and balanced approach to mental health?

Hi. I am Dr. Anderson of Anderson Psychiatric Services, and my goal is to help you achieve "Health and Happiness." Whether you're dealing with depression, bipolar disorder, thought disorder (schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder), anxiety, Adult ADHD, or PTSD, we will regain control over your life by embarking on a journey to achieve mental well-being all from the comfort of your own home.

I serve all of Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and all of the surrounding cities.

Why Choose a Holistic Approach

Improved Function

My holistic approach focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. We aim to enhance your overall functioning by addressing the root causes of your mental health issues and promoting long-term health.

Optimized Medication Management

Medication can be a crucial part of mental health treatment, but it's not the only solution. Our approach ensures that your medication plan is tailored to your needs, optimizing its effectiveness and minimizing side effects.

Personalized Treatment Plans

Every individual is unique, and so is their path to mental well-being. We work closely with you to design a personalized treatment plan that combines medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and other holistic practices to help you become the best possible version of yourself.

New patients can schedule a free 10-minute virtual Initial Consultation to discuss your concerns and explore how we can help. Following this, you'll have an Initial Psychiatric Wellness Evaluation, where we will assess your situation and create a personalized, holistic treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Existing clients can book a virtual Follow-Up Psychiatric Appointment to continue your care and treatment journey.

I also offer alternative treatment plans for Treatment Resistant Depression through the DreamWork Infusion and Wellness Center including Ketamine infusion, Spravato and rTMS (Trans-Cranial Magnetic Stimulation).

My Client Success Stories

Absolutely the best mental health provider I’ve ever worked with. He’s attentive, listens, and respects his patients’ experience. Some doctors think they know better than you do what you’re going through. And sometimes you might not know and need that perspective. But I knew what I was dealing with and Dr Anderson listened to my research, considered my opinions, and helped me validate the type of help I needed. To that end, he helped me solve a serious problem and I’ve been doing the best I have done in many years under his care. Highly recommend him.

I have never felt so heard and understood when it comes to speaking with someone about my mental health. I am not one for wanting medicine or even feeling like I can't do things on my own. He validated my situations and the things I was going through and helped me understand that I do not have to go through things alone.
