We currently do not accept insurance but it takes 4 easy steps to process your claim! Step 1 - Verify with your insurance (Out of Network or Pre-Authorization Requirements). Step 2 - Request a Superbill. Step 3 - Complete a claim form through your insurance. Step 4 - Submit your claim.

During your Initial Psychiatric Wellness Assessment, we will discuss your personal history, various treatments, medication management, ongoing support, nutritional therapy, and exercise recommendations.

Evaluations
During the Follow-up Evaluations, we will ensure that you are on track with the plan. We will assess any need for adjustments to your medication management plan or treatments.

Do you accept insurance?
I don't currently accept insurance, but I'm happy to provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration. Their policy will determine the amount covered.
What can I expect during the Initial Psychiatric Wellness Evaluation?
I will conduct a thorough wellness evaluation, tailored to you. This includes reviewing your personal history and developing a customized treatment and medical management plan, along with personalized nutritional and exercise recommendations.
How do we connect?
Our appointment will be a convenient virtual call through Zoom! Once confirmed, I'll send you a secure link to join the meeting prior to our scheduled time.
How frequently will I need to follow-up?
I will tailor your follow-up appointments to your specific treatment plan. This means the frequency may vary, but you'll always receive the care you need.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
I understand that schedules change! To ensure everyone has the opportunity for care, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $100 fee applies to cancellations made on the same day.
What is your payment policy?
To streamline the scheduling process, your appointment will be confirmed upon prepayment. Once you request your appointment, a secure payment link will be provided for your convenience.
