I don't currently accept insurance, but I'm happy to provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration. Their policy will determine the amount covered.

Our appointment will be a convenient virtual call through Zoom! Once confirmed, I'll send you a secure link to join the meeting prior to our scheduled time.
I will tailor your follow-up appointments to your specific treatment plan. This means the frequency may vary, but you'll always receive the care you need.
I understand that schedules change! To ensure everyone has the opportunity for care, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $100 fee applies to cancellations made on the same day.
